Fresh, untouched milk from our Gir cows is carefully transformed into makhan through traditional hand-churning, and then slowly processed using the authentic Bilona method. The makhan is gently simmered to create pure ghee, preserving its natural nutrients, rich aroma, and wholesome flavour.
Our Gir cows are nurtured with love on our own organic farm. Their diet comes exclusively from naturally grown fodder, cultivated using organic fertilizers including our own cow dung. No hormonal injections, no synthetic feed—only pure, natural care. We honour our Gau Mata (Mother Cow) and Dharti Mata (Mother Earth) in every step, ensuring harmony with nature.
